Job Responsibilities
Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office
Provides assistance and support in problem-solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.
Develop workspace for better productivity and networking ways among TeamYea community.
Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as appropriate.
Maintaining follow up system for daily meetings, workshops, agendas, deadlines, etc.
Organizing and facilitating meetings or events.
Managing and coordinating office documents.
Handle office expenses and revenues and preparing monthly reports.
Preparing documents, reports and presentations.
Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to work in a diverse community.
Proficiency English is a MUST.
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
Solid computer skills .
Skills in the use of database management and Microsoft Office.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Knowledge of general accounting principles and human resources administration practices.
Time management: Delivering defined sets of data within a defined timeline.
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
Customer service skills.
