Job Responsibilities

Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office |
Provides assistance and support in problem-solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives. | |
Develop workspace for better productivity and networking ways among TeamYea community. | |
Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as appropriate. | |
Maintaining follow up system for daily meetings, workshops, agendas, deadlines, etc. | |
Organizing and facilitating meetings or events. | |
Managing and coordinating office documents. | |
Handle office expenses and revenues and preparing monthly reports. | |
Preparing documents, reports and presentations. | |
Skills
|
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to work in a diverse community. |
Proficiency English is a MUST. | |
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred. | |
Solid computer skills . | |
Skills in the use of database management and Microsoft Office. | |
Ability to analyze and solve problems. | |
